- Open Microsoft AppSource and search for the visual name.
- Click Get it now and sign in with your Microsoft 365 account.
- The visual will appear in your Power BI visualizations pane.
- Drag it onto your report canvas and bind your data fields.
How does licensing work? +
Nexus Codex visuals are licensed at $1.99 per user per month, managed through the Microsoft 365 Admin Center. Your organisation's admin can assign and manage licenses directly from the M365 portal. No separate account or payment setup required.
Which Power BI environments are supported? +
All Nexus Codex visuals are fully supported in both Power BI Desktop and the Power BI Service (web). Visuals are certified for AppSource and comply with Microsoft's security and performance standards.
Do your visuals support high contrast mode? +
Yes. All Nexus Codex visuals include full high contrast mode support as required by Microsoft AppSource certification. Visuals automatically adapt to your Power BI high contrast theme settings.
Do your visuals send data outside Power BI? +
No. Nexus Codex visuals process data exclusively within the Power BI rendering environment. No data is transmitted to external servers, no network requests are made, and no tracking technologies are used.
A visual is not rendering correctly. What should I do? +
- Check that your data fields match the expected field types in the visual's configuration.
- Try removing and re-adding the visual to the canvas.
- Clear your browser cache if using Power BI Service.
- Ensure you are running the latest version of Power BI Desktop.
